Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Limited edition drops
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Sizing

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If you need assistance selecting your size, we are happy to help before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DP Fashion House is not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchange Processing

Approved exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected. Availability of replacement items is subject to inventory.
