Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume launches, holidays, or special collections, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
DP Fashion House is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Packages
DP Fashion House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, DP Fashion House is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The package
- Shipping label
- Damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and work toward a resolution.
